应用Q值引导非球面切削LASIK的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察Q值引导非球面切削准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)的临床疗效。方法将球镜-1.50D^-8.25D,柱镜-0.00D^-1.75D的近视眼随机分成两组:A组189例(367眼)行Q值引导非球面切削引导准分子激光矫正技术;B组(对照组)100例(194眼)同期行标准LASIK手术。对两组术后第1、3、6、12、24、36月的视力、Q值、瞳孔及RMS值进行分析。结果(1)两组术后各期的裸眼视力≥术前矫正视力,时间越长术后视力矫正越好,最为明显是非球面切削胜过标准化切削。(2)Q值:术后至3年的Q值B组各期明显大于A组(P<0.01);(3)瞳孔直径:从术后到术后3年,两组瞳孔直径逐渐减小,两组术后各期显示A组大于B组,(P<0.05);(4)RMS值:B组术后各期大于A组,A组随时间增加而逐年减小(P<0.00)。结论非球面切削能减少手术引起的像差,术后获得良好视力并改善视觉质量。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of aspheric ablation in LASIK. Methods The short-sighted patients with the sphere lens between -0.75D and -8.25D and cylinder lens less - 1.75D were randomly divided into two groups. Aspheric ablation in LASIK was used in 189 cases (367 eyes) in group A,and regular LASIK was performed in 100 cases (194 eyes) in group B. The visiual acuity, Q value, diameter of pupil and RMS value were observed in 1,3,6,12,24,36 months. Results ( 1 ) The postoperative uncorrected visual acuity was better than the preopeatrive corrected one. The longer the time period after the surgery,the bwtter the visual actity. The visual acuity result in aspheric ablation group was better than that in the regular group. (2)The Q value was larger in group A than that in group B at each follounp time point (P 〈0. 01 ). (3)The diamerer of pupil reduced gradully with time. A significant larger size of pupil was seen in group A than that in group B(P 〈0.05). (4)The RMS value in group B was larger than that in group A,which decreased with the longer of followup(P 〈 0.00). Conclusion Aspheric ablation guided excimer laser corneal refractive surgeryimprove the vision acuity by decreasing the postoperation wavefront aberration.
