摘要
本文介绍了以十二醇与H2S为原料,在催化剂作用下,固定床多相催化取代反应一步合成正十二碳硫醇。考察了反应温度、反应压力、进料空速等因素对反应的影响。最佳的制备条件下,十二醇转化率可达81.6%,选择性为90.4%。产物经减压精馏,并利用凝固点的差异,结晶分离十二醇和正十二碳硫醇,正十二碳硫醇的精制总收率85%以上,纯度达到98.5%。
In this paper, n-dodecyl mercaptan was synthesized from 1-dodecanol and hydrogen sulfide in the presence of alumina catalyst impregnated with potassium phosphotungstate. With experiments, the effects of ratio of reactants, reaction time, temperature, pressure etc were investigated. Under the optimum process conditions, selectivity of NDM could reach 90.4%, conversion of 1-dodecanol could reach 81.6%. By distillation, crystallization separation of 1-dodecanol and NDM from azeotrope, the content of NDM could reach 98.5%.
