摘要
针对常德纺织机械有限公司生产的YJ2-142-02摇架手柄冲压中存在的问题进行了分析,采用有限元法建立了分析模型,用AutoForm进行了模拟计算,并提出了改进措施.通过工艺试验验证了模拟结果的正确性.
In this paper, the problems such as wrinkling in the forming of the handle of the reeling frame are analyzed ,and several methods to improve its forming process are proposed. Experiments and finite element simulations by using AutoForm are carried out to confirm their availability. The study is a practice of applying compute simulation to the manufacturing of parts of textile machinery and it provides the basis to improve the quality of the handle.
