摘要
在网络化制造环境下,为了盟主企业更好管理复杂零件、工艺、设备资源信息,实现制造任务和制造资源合理匹配,提出了制造任务和制造资源的匹配框架。首先,建立了基于本体的复杂零件加工特征、加工工艺、设备资源P-P-R模型,在此基础上构建P-P-R映射关系;然后,通过可拓理论实现随时添加新的零件特征和零件的工艺特征来完成制造任务-资源的匹配。最后,开发了协同制造资源配置原型系统。通过实例表明,该方法能克服W eb制造资源描述差异,实现异构平台的数据统一,对提高企业间的协同效率具有显著效果。
To resolve problems of managing the information of products, process, and equipment resources and realize the match between the manufacturing tasks and manufacturing resources by the corecompany in networked manufacturing environment, the matching framework of manufacturing task and resources is proposed. Firstly, the P-P-R model based on the ontology is constructed to describe information of product processing characteristics, the processing technology and equipment resources. The P-P-R mapping relationship is established. Secondly, the match of the networked manufacturing tasks and resources is realized by using the extension theory. Finally, the prototype of the networked manufacturing resource deployment is developed. An example verifies the effectiveness of the method, thus overcoming the differences between Web described manufacturing resources and achieving heterogeneous data in a unified platform. It is effective for improving the efficiency of inter-enterprise collaboration.
