摘要
对鉴伪投币机的币道进行了建模,并研究硬币从投币口落下后使其速度损耗最严重的投币情况和进行币道曲线优化。文中用B样条对币道曲线上的型值点进行插值,以型值点坐标为参数建立了硬币通过币道时的能量损耗的函数表达式。采用遗传算法调整型值点,结果表明,优化后的币道曲线使能量损耗大幅减小,缩短了硬币通过币道的时间。
The model of coin chute of the fake inspecting coin machine is built,and the situation caused by coin falling from the place at the beginning of the slot which makes the coin lose most of its speed most is researched.B-spline is adopted to interpolate the data points on the curve of coin chute and the coordinates of the data points are used to establish the function of energy loss when the coin passing through the coin chute.Genetic algorithm is applied to adjust data points.The result shows that the optimized coin chute curve significantly reduce energy loss and the time coin passing through the coin chute has also been shortened.
