摘要 任问直动推杆活齿传动机构由偏。心轮、直动推杆、内齿轮、推杆支架和机架等组成。、毫、轮和内齿轮分别与推杆组成直动滚子推杯盘形凸轮机构,实现多齿同时啮合传动。证明了该种传动的最大推杆个数可取且只能取Z-1或Z+1(Z为内齿轮齿数)。导出了内齿轮理论廓线齿顶曲车半径的计算公式,指出内齿轮廓线的齿顶向径越大,内齿轮的齿数和偏。台轮的偏。心距越小,内齿轮的齿项曲率半径也就越大,从而为设计时确定内齿轮齿形参数提供了依据。 The reciprocating tooth drive mechanism is compsed of eccentric wheel, translation push rod, internal gear, pushrod rack and stand. The eccentric wheel and push rod, and the intemal wheel and push rod form disc cam mechanismsrespectively to realize multiple-tooth engagement drive. It proves that the Inaxin1um number of the push and should be z 1 or z + l (= is the tooth number of the inteiml gear). The equation for calculating the addendum curvature radius of theinte1nal gear profile is delived, and it is indicated that, the larger the addendun ladius vector of the intemal gear profile, the smaller the tooth number of the intemal gear and eccentricity of the eccentric wheel, and the larger the addendum curvature radius of the intemal gear
