摘要
研究了4-氨基安替比林中杂质分离方法。首先,利用4-氨基安替比林硫酸盐与其中多种杂质的理化性质的不同,确立了萃取方法及萃取剂;其次,利用正交实验方法,得到了最佳萃取工艺参数,从而将4-氨基安替比林与其中多种杂质进行了有效分离。本分离方法简便,适于工业化生产。
Studied the separation and purification of 4 -aminoantipyrine. First, according to the different physical and chemical properties in between 4 - aminoantipyrine and its impurities, got the separation method and extractant. Then, obtained the best parameters by using orthogonal test method, and took efficiently separation for the 4 - aminoantipyrine from its impurities. This separation method was simple and suitable for industrialized production.
