摘要 研究了以固体环氧树脂为主体,与丙烯酸类单体发生接枝共聚反应,经胺化生成阴极电泳涂料基料树脂的配方、合成工艺条件。确定了环氧树脂的环氧值、接枝共聚反应温度、胺化温度及引发剂等因素,探讨了它们对漆膜性能的影响。 Research coating was studied, on the formula and synthetic technology conditions of cathodic electrodeposition which based on epoxy resin as the main body with acrylic monomers copolymerization. The factors containing the epoxy grafting value, temperature of copolymerization reaction as and well as organic amine were determined. The effects of the conditions on the properties of film were discussed.
