摘要
采用液相沉积法制备纳米TiO2膜,并以多种过渡金属离子对膜进行改性,将此膜作为光催化剂,在高压紫外灯、低压紫外灯和自然光照射的下,分别对实际制革废水进行处理,探讨纳米TiO2膜的改性规律。
TiO2 films and the modified film with a variety of transition metal ions as the photocatalysts were preparated by the liquid - phase deposition process. The actual tanning wastewater was treated respectively under high - pressure UV, low pressure UV and natural light, obtaining different results. The result indicates that the kind, electronic configuration and ionic potential of the metal ions and the different lights all have a great impact on the COD removal in the wastewater. Zr - doped TiO2 films is 2 3 times compare with the no - ion - doped films, which is the highest efficiency. The efficiency of high - pressure UV light is much higher than that of low - pressure UV and natural light. All - fulled, half - filled or empty d orbital of transition metal ions could improve the quantum efficiency and the catalytic activity of semiconductors. The greater z/r of doped - ion is, the stronger oxidative is.
