摘要 目的:检测Wnt基因信号转导通路相关蛋白在尖锐湿疣(CA)皮损中的表达,探讨Wnt信号转导通路在CA皮损上皮细胞过度增殖中的意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测Wnt信号转导通路相关蛋白Wnt-1、β-连环素(β-catenin)及E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在CA皮损中的表达。结果:Wnt-1蛋白在CA皮损中的表达水平显著高于对照组;β-catenin蛋白呈异常表达,且异常表达率显著高于对照组;E-cadherin蛋白在CA皮损中的表达则显著低于对照组。结论:Wnt信号转导通路可能在尖锐湿疣皮损上皮细胞过度增殖中起着重要作用,且与HPV的分型有关。 Objective: To detect the expression of Wnt signaling pathway proteins (Wnt- 1, β - catenin, Dvl and E- cadherin) in condyloma acuminatum (CA), and to explore the role of Wnt signaling pathway in the hyperproductive pathogenesis of CA lesion. Methods: The expression of Wnt - 1, β - catenin and E - cadherin proteins in CA was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of Wnt - 1 protein was higher in CA than in normal controls. The abnormal expression of β - catenin protein was higher in CA than in normal controls. However the expression of E - cadherin was lower in CA than in normal controls. Conclusion: The expression of Wnt signaling pathway proteins is related to the type of HPV and may play an important role in the hyperplasia of CA.
