摘要
精神分裂症是一类常见而严重的疾病。近半个多世纪以来,随着抗精神病药物的广泛应用,临床精神分裂症的预后日趋改善。已有大量研究证明,精神分裂症患者需要接受抗精神病药物治疗,而积极的药物治疗有两层概念:即急性期的药物控制治疗及康复期的药物维持治疗。本文综述相关药物治疗策略的进展。
Schizophrenia is a kind of common and serious diseases. Since the antipsychotic drugs have been used extensively, the prognosis of schizophrenia has improved in previous half century. A large number of studies have shown that patients with schizophrenia need to use antipsychotic drugs for therapy. Positive drug therapy program should follow a princips, symptom control in the acute phase and drug maintenance treatment in the rehabilitation phase. The therapy strategies for schizophrenia is summarized in this review.
