不同空腹血糖水平与多代谢异常相关性分析 被引量:8

Correlation of fasting blood glucose with multiple metabolic abnormalities

摘要 目的探讨不同空腹血糖水平与发生多代谢异常的相关性。方法对929名体检人群空腹血糖水平及相关代谢指标进行统计学分析,比较空腹血糖正常(NFG)、空腹血糖调节受损(IFG)及2型糖尿病组群的体重指数、血压、血脂、血尿酸、脂肪肝的变化特点,观察三组多代谢异常的检出率及聚集状况。结果NFG、IFG和2型糖尿病组的体重指数、血压、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、血尿酸水平及脂肪肝发生率依次递增,多代谢异常在IFG和2型糖尿病人群的检出率明显高于NFG组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);IFG组与2型糖尿病组间仅高三酰甘油和脂肪肝的差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.85、3.98,P〈0.05)。各组代谢异常聚类随血糖水平的增高而相应升高,这种关系在代谢异常个数≥3时尤为密切。结论IFG和2型糖尿病人群暴露于代谢异常聚集的风险高于NFG组,具有更高的心血管疾病的发病危险。及时干预多代谢异常,对预防糖尿病的发生及相关的心血管疾病具有重要意义。 Objective To discuss the correlation between level of fasting blood glucose and incidence of multiple metabolic disorders. Methods A total of 929 participants were assigned to the normal fasting glucose (NFG) group,impaired fasting glycaemia (IFG) group and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) group. The fasting blood glucose, body mass index, blood pressure, triglyceride, total cholesterol, serum uric acid, and fatty liver were tested and compared. Results Body mass index, blood pressure, triglyceride, total cholesterol,serum uric acid, and the incidence of fatty liver was increased in the NFG, IFG and T2DM groups. The IFG and T2DM groups were exposed to higher risk of metabolic disorders. Triglycerides and fatty liver disorders were significantly different between the IFG and T2DM group ( x^2 = 4. 85 or 3.98, both P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion IFG and T2DM individuals may expose to higher risk of metabolic abnormalities and cardiovascular diseases. The effective intervention of multiple metabolic abnormalities may be the key to the prevention of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
