摘要
目的观察低张羟乙基淀粉130/0.4对失血并腹腔海水浸泡伤的救治效果。方法制作30%失血并腹腔海水浸泡伤动物模型,15只犬随机分为对照组、0.9%氯化钠治疗组、低张羟乙基淀粉治疗组,观察每组动物失血并腹腔海水浸泡后平均动脉压(mean artery pressure,MAP)、心排血量(cardiac output,CO)、尿量、血浆渗透压及存活时间。结果低张羟乙基淀粉130/0.4可显著改善MAP及CO,增加尿量,降低血浆渗透压,延长存活时间。结论低张羟乙基淀粉对失血并腹腔海水浸泡伤具有较好的救治效果。
Objective To observe the treatment effect of hypotonic hydroxyethyl starch 130/0. 4 on hemorrhage and celiac seawater immersion wound in dogs. Methods Animal model with 30% hemorrhage and celiac seawater immersion wound was established. The fifteen dogs were randomly divided into control group (group A), group treated by 0. 9% NaCl (group B) and group treated by hypotonie liquid containing hydroxyethyl starch (group C). Mean artery pressure (MAP), cardiac output (CO), urine volume and plasma osmotic pressure were observed. Results Average survival time was significantly longer in group C (25.6 h) than in group A (2. 3 h) and group B (8. 5 h) (P〈0. 01). Hypotonic liquid containing hydroxyethyl starch 130/0. 4 could effectively ameliorate MAP and CO, improve urine volume, decrease plasma osmotic pressure and prolong the survival time. Conclusion Hypotonic liquid containing hydroxyethyt starch 130/0. 4 has good treatment effect on hemorrhage and celiac seawater immersion wound.
