摘要
目的研制日本Sysmex生产的XS-800i五分类血细胞分析仪试剂,并进行临床应用。方法对自研试剂与进口试剂分别进行pH、电导率、渗透压测试,并在XS-800i五分类血细胞分析仪上进行空白及60例患者标本测试,同时进行精密度、回收、准确度、稳定性试验及吸收光谱测定,对两种试剂的各技术与测试指标进行比较,对所测得的数据用配对t检验进行统计学处理,计算t值。结果自研试剂与进口试剂主要技术指标对比基本一致。自制与进口试剂各测试指标应用效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自研制试剂各指标均符合要求,完全可以取代进口试剂。
Objective To study the five classification blood corpuscle analyzer reagent of the production Sys mex XS-800i manufctured in Japan,and conducte the clinical practice. Methods Self- grinded reagent and the impor ted one were tested with PH, the conductivity,and the osmotic pressure test separately, and the blank and 60 cases of specimens of the patients were testd on the XS-800i five classification blood corpuscle analyzer. And simultaneously carries on the tests of the precise, recycling, accuracy, stability and absorption spectrum determination. Then, the various sorts of technological and testing indexs of both the two reagents were compared. Finally, the data obtained was dealt statistically with pairs of the T-test,and the t value was counted. Results There are basically consistent about the major technological indexs between the self-grinded reagent and the imported reagent. Compared the target application effect of the self-made and imported there are no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion Each index of the self-made reagent can meet the requirement of various tasks, so it may definitely substitute for the imported reagent.
