摘要
目的加强血液透析器复用的感染管理,减少医院感染的发生。方法参照中华人民共和国卫生部制订的《血液透析器复用操作规范》,结合本院实际情况,加强复用人员的培训和规范操作,严格掌握复用指征和执行消毒隔离制度,做好透析器复用的各环节质量控制。结果保证了血液透析器复用的安全性和有效性,从而保障了病人的安全。结论科学有效的感染管理措施是防止医院感染发生的关键。
Objective To strengthen the blood dialyzer reuse infection control, reduce the incidence of hospital infection. Methods According to The People＇s Republic of China Ministry of Health, the ＂blood dialyzer operating norms＂, combined with the actual situation in our hospital, strengthening personnel training and reuse standard operation, strict control and implementation of reuse indications disinfection and isolation system, doing dialysis devices at various aspects of reuse quality control. Results The control ensured the dialyzers used in the safety and efficacy, thereby safely guarding the safety of patients. Conclusion Scientific and effective infection control measures are the key to prevent hospital infection.
