摘要
目的探讨前牙缺损的修复效果及护理要点。方法选择全瓷牙11颗,金属烤瓷冠15颗,观察修复体颜色、修复体的边缘密合度、修复体破损情况及牙周健康状况,3个月后复查。结果全瓷牙的颜色、形态逼真,修复体的边缘密合,无修复体破损,基牙牙周组织健康。15颗钴铬合金烤瓷冠均与基牙无间隙,基牙牙周组织健康,3颗颈缘稍有黑线,美观略显不足。结论全瓷牙美观效果优于金属烤瓷冠,口腔护士应该了解色度学知识,医患沟通是护士的重要工作之一。
Objective To explore the effect and main points of nursing care in the rehabilitation of anterior tooth defect. Methods 11 all-ceramic crowns and 15 porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns were observed and discussed in this study. All abutment teeth were prepared for full crowns with a chamfer preparation. Patients were followed up 3 months after cementation. Results No decementation and break of ce ramie were observed. No negative influences at the gingival＇margin were observed. The color of ceramic crowns well matched natural tooth. Visible mucosai color change was observed for 3 porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns. Conclusion All-ceramic restorations demonstrate a better color match to the neighboring teeth than porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns. Dental nurses should be aware of color knowledge. Nurses play an important role in communication with patients.
