摘要 目的观察组合型人工肾及相应护理措施对尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者的临床疗效。方法对15例尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者给予血液灌流+血液透析治疗,结合治疗前、中、后护理。结果治疗后患者临床症状均有明显改善。结论组合型人工肾治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒,结合适当的护理,可取得较好的疗效。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of hybrid artificial kidney and corresponding nursing measures for the pa- tients with skin pruritus caused by uremia. Methods 15 patients with uremic pruritus were treated by hemoperfusion and hemodialysis, and given nursing in pre-treatment, mid-treatment and post-treatment. Results The clinical symptoms of all the patients were improved signifi- cantly. Conclusion It is effective to treat uremic pruritus with hybrid artificial kidney and appropriate nursing.
