摘要
分析了轴套的磨削工艺特点,介绍了整个加工过程,总结了一套解决实际生产中技术难题的工艺措施,保证了产品质量,提高了生产效率,该工艺措施对其它类似零件有一定的借鉴作用。
The article thoroughly analyses the characteristics of Axle/Shaft sleeve grinding processing and details the manufacturing process.A new processing technology was developed to provide a solution to the practical difficulties during the manufacturing process. The technology enables high quality and effeciency of manufacturing process. Moreover, the technology can be adapted and referenced for other similar manufacturing process.
