摘要
在我国交通资源严重不足的情况下,自行车道却被迫"隐退"和"压缩"。表面上看这是个交通问题,实际上却是一个城市管理者是否以人为本,是否尊重公民权利(行路权)的问题。要解决城市道路自行车"行路难"问题,是一个综合性的社会问题,不仅仅在于宣传和呼吁,也应该健全法律法规,完善软硬件配套设施。
Regardless of the severe shortage of public transportation resources, bicycle transportation in cities have been pushed into an embarrassed situation as more and more bicycle paths are being occupied by motor vehicles. This re- flects that bicycle riders＇ rights are not decently respected and the relevant city administration organs do not take people as the foremost. The problem is also a social and comprehensive one. To tackle it, propaganda and appealing alone are not enough, it also needs to make relevant laws and regulations and improve necessary infrastructure.
