摘要
单向工作的机械刨床,机构的行程速比系数愈大,刨刀回程用时愈短,机构的工作效率就愈高,但同时机构的最小传动角会减小,机构的运动性能会趋劣。依据机构的几何关系,从满足机构运动性能γmin=[γ]出发,导出机构许用传动角[γ]与机构行程速比系数的函数关系,建立追求机构行程速比系数最大化的数学模型,并采用最优化技术确定出刨床相应的设计参数,使单向工作的机械刨床工作效率最高。并给出一个应用实例。
For the shaper mechanism working in a single-track, the larger the velocity ratio of its stroke is, the shorter its return time work is and the higher its work efficiency is. At the same time the minimum transmission angle. of the mechanism decreases, and its character will go worse. According to the condition of the minimum transmission angle [γ] equal to transmission angle [γ] and the geometry relation, the function relation between transmission angle [γ] and advance-to return-time ratio was deduced, mathemat- ical model of seeking the maximum velocity ratio was established, and the corresponding design parameters were obtained with the optimal technique. The efficiency of shaper was high based on above works. An application was given.
