摘要
目的观察手术切除和冷冻治疗大型牙龈瘤疗效。方法选择大型牙龈瘤73例,随机分为三组,手术切除和冷冻治疗28例,手术治疗24例,冷冻治疗21例,观察其疗效,并随访1～4年。结果手术切除和冷冻治疗28例,治愈24例,治愈率86%。手术治疗24例,治愈22例,治愈率91%,冷冻治疗21例,治愈14例,治愈率67%。没有患者因冷冻引起牙髓炎或牙髓坏死。结论手术切除和冷冻治疗大型牙龈瘤疗效肯定,可以保留和肿瘤相关的牙齿,不容易引起牙髓炎或牙髓坏死。
Objective To observe the clinical effects that treat the large gum epulis in surgical resection and cryothrapy . Methods Select 73 cases of large gum epulis randomly, which 28 cases treated with surgical resection and eryotherapy, 24 cases treated with surgical resection, and 21 cases with eryotherapy treatment was observed and follow up from one to four years. Results 24 of 28 cases that had cured after surgical resection and cryotheraphy, the cure rate was 86 %. 22 of 24 cases that had cured after surgical resection, the cure rate was 91%, 14 of 21 cases that had cured after cryotherapy, the cure rate was 67 %. None of the patients occurred pulpitis or pulp necrosis that caused by cryotherapy. Conclusion The surgical resection and cryoyherapy treated the large gum gepulis was not only has postive factors, but also can retain tumor-related teeth, this treatment doesn＇t cause pulpitis and pulp necrosis.
