摘要
针对广州河涌治理出现的问题,从地理学角度进行分析,结合近百年来广州水患己从防洪为主,转变为以治理水质为第一要务,提出应打通过去因防洪而堵塞的河涌,从上游引入外江水,增加径流量,改善水质;方法上应充分应用系统工程理论,做好此项复杂庞大的工程。
For the past one hundred years, water channel management in Guangzhou has changed from flood control to water quality regulation, which has become the priority for government. Considering the problems emerged from water channel regulation in Guangzhou, this paper suggests that the channels which were blocked to control flood should be opened again. Water from upstream of other rivers should be pumped to increase the runoff volume and improve water quality in Guangzhou. Systems engineering should be fully applied to this complicated and large water regulation project.
