摘要
现有计算机所体现的智能与人类智能的重要区别在于:计算机对语言的处理遗漏了人类在进行语言处理时的意义表征。由于计算机在对语言进行处理时只注意到了语言的形式,所以它无法到达语义的本体。因此,智能计算机的实现最终将取决于选择合适的描述手段和方法来显现语义的本体,进而形成必要的形式化意义表征,达到真正的人工智能。
The important difference between the intelligence demonstrated by computer and human intelligence lies in that computer processing of language has failed in meaning representation which is characteristic of human processing of language. Since computer processing of language attends to language form only, it is unable to arrive at semantic ontology. Therefore, the invention of the truly intelligent computer will depend on the selection of appropriate description method to reveal semantic ontology and formally represent meaning.
