摘要
产业集群依靠联系网络,有效地推动区域经济的快速发展,而地方政府的支持对产业集群的发展具有较大的推动作用。产业集群发展不同阶段对政府政策的要求是不同的,要求政府采取不同措施来促进产业集群的发展。文章旨在研究地方政府在产业集群生命周期各阶段应具备相匹配的行为,以期为地方政府在各时期支持产业集群发展中的决策提供一种借鉴与参考。
Relying on network, industrial cluster can boost the regional economic development rapidly and effectively. The local government can play an important role in pushing forward the development of industrial cluster. Since the policy requirement is not the same in different stages of industrial cluster, the local government should adopt different measures to promote the development of industrial cluster. This thesis aims to analyze the match behavior of local governments at each stage of life cycle of industrial cluster, in order to provide a reference for the local government decision in each period of industrial cluster development.
