摘要
阐述了我国废金属拆解利用产业发展现状及存在的主要问题,提出了应对废金属拆解再生产业加强政府引导、加强回收体系建设、研发推广先进技术和改善税收政策等对策建议。
The nonferrous metal recycling industry in China has developed rapidly in recent years, stepped into the ad- vanced countries in the world on regenerated nonferrous metal output. Million tons of copper and aluminum are yielded each year by dismantling spent electric motors, electric wires or small household appliances, the scrap metal import plays an important role in Chinese recycling metal industry, and now China is becoming a big scrap metal importer. Comparing with primary metal production, secondary metal production can decrease much energy consumption and pollutant discharge. However, compared with developed countries, the Chinese nonferrous metal recycling industry is in a lower level, it is needed to resolve material supply, dismantling technology, recycling product quality, tax policy and other issues as soon as possible.
