摘要 铁路道岔设备状态良好是铁路运输安全、正点、大密度开行的前提。冬季道岔融雪是运输部门亟待解决的问题。电热融雪方式是道岔融雪的主流方式。对铁科院通号所研制的TYDR-A型道岔融雪装置电热单元的安装方式进行了介绍;并与其他型号电热安装方式进行了比较;重点介绍了通过计算和实验验证加工后的滑床板,其强度完全满足目前铁路客运高速和货运重载的需要。 Keeping railroad switch in good conditions is the precondition of train operation safety,punctuality,high density of railway transportation. The railroad switch snow-melting in winter is an urge problem for railway transportation authority. Electric heating is the main snow-melting method. The installation method of electric heating units of TYDR-A ,which is developed by the Signaling and Communication Research Institute,China Academy of Railway Sciences,is introduced and compared with other types. The strength calculation and experiment of the machined sliding bed board is highlighted to shows that the strength of sliding bed board still fulfills the requirements of the high-speed and heavy haul railway transportation.
