摘要
随着交通事业的发展,肝外伤的发病率有所上升,而且其死亡率高。我院自1994年至1997年收治的7例严重肝外伤,采用肝段切除术收到满意疗效。无术后再出血、胆瘘、腹腔感染等并发症发生。因此肝段切除术是治疗严重肝外伤的有效方法之一。
In this paper we report 7 cases of severe hepatic injuries, which were treated by hepatic seg-mentectomy. All patients were cured very well and had no complication. Segmentectomy is an effective method for treating severe hepatic injuries.
