中国不同地区老年男性血沉参考值与地理因素的逐步回归分析 被引量:3

Stepwise regression analysis between reference values of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) of old men in various regions of China and geographical factors

摘要 目的探查中国各地区老年男性血沉参考值与地理因素之间的关系,提出我国各地区适用的血沉参考值标准。方法收集中国各地用温氏法测定的健康老年男性血沉参考值,用回归分析法研究其与海拔高度(X1)、北纬度数(X2)、年平均相对湿度(X3)、年平均气温(X4)、年降水量(X5)5种地理因素的关系。结果发现海拔高度是影响老年男性血沉参考值的最主要因素,随着海拔高度逐渐增加,老年男性血沉参考值逐渐减小,相关有非常显著性(r1=-0.471)。血沉与X2、X3、X4和X5相关系数分别为0.140、0.288、0.310和0.282。用逐步回归法推导出的回归方程为Y(血沉mm/h)=15.66-0.00264X1+0.00113X5。结论作者建议,对待中国老年血沉参考值,主要根据海拔高度可把中国划为6个区:青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区和东北区。 Objective To investigate the relationship between reference values of ESR of old men in various regions of China and geographical factors,and put forward a standard ESR value applicable to old men in various regions of China. Methods The ESR reference values of old men using Wintrobe method as well as geographical factors in various regions of China were collected.The relationships between ESR values and height above sea level( X 1 ),degrees of north latitude X 2 ,year average relative humunity( X 3 ),year average temperature( X 4) and year precipitation( X 5 ) were investigated using mathematical regression analysis. Results It was found that height above sea level is the main factor affecting ESR value.As the altitude became higher,ESR value became lower.Their relation was very significant( r =0.471).The relation between ESR value and X 2,X 3,X 4,X 5 were 0.140,0.288,0.310,0.282 respectively.The regression equation derived by stepwise regression analysis method was =15.66-0.002 64 X 1+0.001 13 X 5 . Conclusion In treating the ESR value of old man,it is helpful to devide China into following regions:Qinghai Tibet,West South,West North,East South,North,and East North.The ESR reference values of old men in the representative cities of these regions were given.
