健康教育对青年肠癌患者围手术期心理作用的探讨 被引量:1

Effects of Health Education on Psychology of Young Patients with Colorectal Cancer in Perioperative Period

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育对青年肠癌患者围手术期的抑郁、焦虑症状的干预效果。方法:选择年龄在40岁以下围手术期肠癌患者60例,随机分成研究组和对照组,研究组进行健康教育程序干预,对照组采取一般卫生指导。两组患者用量表及问卷来评定。结果:健康教育后,研究组肠癌的知晓率高,抑郁、焦虑自评量表分值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对患者进行健康教育,不仅能有效提高患者的健康知识水平,还减轻心理负担,提高战胜疾病的信心。 Objective: To discuss the intervention effect of health education on depression and anxiety when young patients with colorectal cancer in perioperative period. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, who younger than 40 years old with colorectal cancer. The research group conducted a health education program, and the control group took general health guidance, used of a scale and a questionnaire to assess patients. Results:The study group have high awareness rate of colon cancer, the depression self-rating scale and anxiety self-rating scale were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions:Health education not only effectively improves the patient's health knowledge, but also reduces the psychological burden, and improves the confidence to cure the disease.
