摘要
李景文博士主编、郭鸿昌馆长等人撰写的《河南大学图书馆史》一书于2008年底由河南大学出版社出版,该书乃一部厚重之作,这主要体现在史料翔实,发掘广泛;内容充实,结构整备;秉笔直书,客观公正三个方面。该书的出版意义在于推动了我国大学图书馆史的研究,促进了河南省大学图书馆事业的发展,明确了河南大学图书馆发展的方向等。至于该书的不足可谓瑕不掩瑜,笔者期待殷殷,愿其在以后再版和更深入的研究中能进一步开拓和完善。
Henan University Library History, published in the end of 2008, edited by Doctor Li Jingwen in chief and writed by Curator Guo Hongchang and others, is of great meanings. For example, it pushed to the library history research growth, promoted the development of the university library in Henan province and so on. It is a thick work mainly embodied full historical materials, abundant contents, a holistic struc- ture and straightforward statement and fair comments. But the limitations does not diminish its achievements. We just expect it innovated and improved the time that it is reprinted and in the future research.
