摘要
应用项目集成管理的方法,研究大比例尺地形图测绘过程中如何提高整体效益的问题。结合大比例尺地形图测绘的特点,建立测绘项目的成本、工期、质量三要素集成网络计划模型,并引入遗传算法对集成网络模型进行优化求解,以提高观测质量,降低返工率,提高整体效益。
How to improve the overall efficiency in the process of the large-scale topographic mapping was studied by using an integrated project management approach.Combined with the characteristics of large-scale topographic mapping,an integrated network planning model was built,which was integrated with three elements (cost,schedule,quality) of mapping project.The genetic algorithm was introduced to solve the optimization of integrated network model,so as to improve the quality of the observation,reduce the rework rate and improve the overall efficiency.
