本文将介绍一种基于AMBE-2000的高质量语音系统，该系统使用了DVSI公司开发的AMBE-2000语音芯片，可以在低速率下保持声音自然，语音清晰，并且在选择语音速率和误码率中提供了很高的灵活性。此外，它还具有低成本，低功耗等优点。
This article introduces a system with superior voice quality based on AMBE-2000.The system circuit makes use of Digital Voice Systems Inc.＇s AMBE-2000 Vocoder Chip, It maintains natural voice quality and speech intelligibility at low data rates and provides a high degree flexibility in selecting the speech and FEC（Forward Error Correction） data rates, furthermore it＇s a low cost ,low power circuit.
