摘要
细粒棘球绦虫(Echinococcus granulosus,Eg)是一种重要的人兽共患寄生虫。现已报道细粒棘球绦虫有10个基因型(G1~G10),我国仅发现G1和G6。细粒棘球绦虫六钩蚴阶段的Eg95,原头蚴阶段的EgFABP,成虫阶段的EgM9和Eg31分别被认为是最有前途的用于免疫保护的抗原。其中Eg95基因工程疫苗已经商业化生产,对羊免疫保护率达到了95%以上。
Hydatid disease caused by laval stage ofEchinococcus granulosus is a severe zoonotic disease. This review summaries advance in genotypes and antigen characterization ofE. granulosus. A total of 10 genotypes (G 1-G 10) of E. granulosus have been reported but only G1 and G6 have been found in China. Some antigens were considered to be promising antigens for inducing immune protection, such as EG95 (oncosphere), EgFABP (protoscolex), EgM9 (adult) and Eg31 (adult). The EG95 vaccine under commercial production can induces 〉95% protection against experimental challenge infection in sheep.
