摘要
目的了解男男性接触者(MSM)分布特点,初步掌握其艾滋病、性病流行情况及其影响因素。方法抽样调查了MSM 405人,了解其艾滋病相关情况,并抽血做HIV与梅毒血清学检测。结果通过乘数法估计出MSM 31 822人,其艾滋病知识知晓率为40.0%(UNGASS指标),HIV阳性检出率达到15.1%,梅毒为9.9%。结论MSM对于艾滋病防治知识的知晓情况较好,但其高危行为却较为普遍,认识与行为分离,安全套使用率较低(51.3%),MSM人群的HIV感染形势较为严峻。
Objective To know the distribution of MSM and the influence factors of HIV and sexual transmittal diseases. Methods Used field survey to know the distribution of MSM,and sampled survey 405 MSM to know their infection of HIV and influence factors. Results The number of MSM was 31 822. Their AIDS awareness was 40.0% （UNGASS index）, HIV positive was 15.1% and syphilwas positive is 9.9 %. Conclusion The AIDS awareness in MSM is good,but they have dangerous behavior at the same time. Their knowledge and behavior is discreted,and the usage of condom is 51.3% ,and the situation of AIDS infection of MSM is grimness.
