摘要
文中介绍490N长喷管发动机的轴向推力测量系统。主要介绍了该测量系统的结构组成,校准及实验时系统的工作原理;讨论了发动机工作时压强、流量等影响测量精度的外在因素及消除影响的方法;详细分析了该系统试验前的校准数据及实验后测量数据。并根据真空环境得出系统的测量精度,最终确定该推力测量系统满足490N长喷管发动机轴向推力测量精度的要求。
The article introduces an axial thrust measuring system of 490N long nozzle engine.It mainly focuses on the system’s framework and the working principle of adjustment and experiment.Moreover,this paper discusses the external factors such as pressure and flow rate that affects the measuring precision when the engine is working,and the methods to eliminate the effects. The system’s adjustment data before experiment and measuring data after are analysed in detail.It finally reaches the conclusion of the demand of the axial thrust measuring system that can satisfy the mesuring precision of 490N long nozzle engine, according to the system’s measuring precision in vacuum environment.
