摘要
目的:探讨增强CT在妇科盆腔肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析增强CT扫描诊断女性盆腔肿块并经手术治疗或病理证实的70例患者,分析其CT表现并与手术后病理情况进行比较。结果:70例中CT做出准确定性符合率为86%,其中畸胎瘤达100%。结论:CT能对多数盆腔肿物做出准确的定位诊断,对多数盆腔肿物做出准确的定性诊断,特别是畸胎瘤,但个别病例还需结合B超、临床表现。
Objective To investigate the value of the contrast enhanced computed tomography（CT） in diagnosis of the pelvic mass.Method CT imaging features of 70 cases which were confirmed by pathology were retrospectively reviewed.Results In 70 patients, the qualitative rates corresponding to operation-pathology of CT imagings were 86% ,the diagnostic rates corresponding to operation-pathology of CT imagings were 100% in teratoma.Conclusion CT imaging can improve accuracy in localizing and qualitative diagnosis of the most pelvic masses,especially teratoma,but it should be analyzed combining with ultrasound examination,clinical manifestations in individual patients.
