摘要
目的:解决医疗纠纷第三方调解机制的经费困境。方法:文献法、电话访谈法。结果:政府购买医疗纠纷第三方调解服务比财政拨款是更佳方式。结论:政府购买的具体行为模式:政府出资、定向购买、契约管理、评估兑现。
Objective：To resolve the medical dispute mediation mechanism for third-party funding difficulties;Methods：literature,telephone interviews;Results：Government to purchase third-party medical dispute mediation service is better than the way of financial allocations;Conclusion：government-funded,directed the purchase,lease management and assessment of honor are the specific acting model of govrenment purchese.
