摘要 镉是一种广泛存在于生产和生活环境中的非必需重金属元素。镉染毒动物可出现多器官损害作用。本文综述了镉对斑马鱼胚胎体轴和肌节、血管、脑部及神经系统的发育的影响及可能机制,为深入研究镉对其他高等脊椎动物生长发育的影响提供了参考依据。 Cadmium is a widespread non-essential heavy metal in occupational and living environment. It is toxic to multiple organs in animals. This review is given on advanced data on potential developmental toxicity as well as the mechanisms of cadmium in zebrafish embryos which provides a reference for further studies on toxicological effects of cadmium in the development of other vertebrates.
