摘要 目的探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者外周血中血小板表面CD55、CD59抗原表达在其发病中的作用。方法应用流式细胞仪检测30例ITP患者及30例健康对照者外周血血小板表面CD55、CD59抗原表达。结果 ITP患者血小板表面CD55、CD59抗原表达率均明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01)。结论血小板膜上CD55、CD59的缺陷在ITP发病中起着重要的作用。 Objective To study the effect of CD55 and CD59 expressing on surface of platelets in to the beginning of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) disease. Methods To detect the expression of CD55 and CD59 on the surface of platelets by flow cytometry. Results The expression rate of CD55 and CD59 on the surface of platelets in ITP group was lower obviously than that of control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The low expression of CD55 and CD59 on the surface of platelets play an important role in the beginning of ITP.
