摘要
以SPASS 15.0为分析工具,利用1997～2007年长株潭区域的土地利用变化数据,对长株潭城市群的城市用地的变化特点及其驱动因素进行了分析,结果表明:从1997～2007年长株潭地区城市用地面大幅增长,平均每年增长12.7 km2,增长率达6%;人口、GDP、固定资产投资总额、房地产投资完成额与城市用地扩展成显著线性相关,是长株潭城市群用地扩展的主要驱动因素。
The characteristics of urban land changes and its driving forces in Chang-zhu-tan metropolitan region were analyzed by SPSS 15.0 software and based on the data of land-use change in Chang-zhu-tan metropolitan region from 1997 to 2007. The results showed that the urban land use area in Chang-zhu-tan metropolitan region has a substantial increase from 1997 to 2007, which average annually increased 12.7 km^2, and the growth rate reached 6%; the relation among population, GDP, total investment in fixed assets, real estate investment and urban land extension is significant linear correlation, which is the major driving force of land use expansion in Chang-zhu-tan metropolitan region.
