摘要
宫颈妊娠是一种罕见的异位妊娠,多见于经产妇。有停经及早孕反应,主要症状为阴道流血或血性分泌物,流血量一般是由少到多,也可为间歇性阴道大流血。随着诊疗技术的不断提高,使保留子宫及生育功能的保守治疗成为可能。现就宫颈妊娠的病因、诊断及治疗进展进行综述,重点总结宫颈妊娠的药物治疗、射频消融术及子宫动脉介入栓塞的保守治疗方法。
Cervical pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic pregnancy,was particularly prevalent in the maternal by.There are early menopause and response to,the main symptoms of vaginal bleeding or bloody discharge,bleeding is typically less to more,but also for large intermittent vaginal bleeding.The improvement in diagnostic and treatment′s techniques make it possible to conservatively treat cervical pregnancy of women who need remaining uterus and fertility.In this article,we reviewed development in the major cause and diagnosis and treatment of cervical pregnancy and importantly summarized conservative treatment methods of drug treatment and radiofrequency ablation and uterine artery embolism.
