摘要
以新建武汉火车站为例,对轨道和站台合一的饰面清水混凝土鱼腹式单箱五室简支梁,从模板体系、混凝土、钢筋及预应力工程等方面进行了研究,系统提出了此类特殊、复杂的简支箱梁施工设计、工艺、监控等关键技术。重点介绍了模板设计、制作、表面处理,高性能清水混凝土配合比设计、浇筑、振捣,施工期结构分析与监控等工艺措施。工程实践应用表明,质量满足设计和规范要求。
New Wuhan Station applies fish-bellied-type simply supported box girder structure with dedicated fair-faced concrete,which has combination function of track and platform. Through the study on formwork system, concrete, reinforcement and prestress engineering, key technologies such as construction design,process and monitoring for simply supported box girder are put forward. The design, fabrication,appearance treatment for formwork,the mix proportion design,pouring and vibration for high strength fair-faced concrete,the analysis and monitoring for structure during construction are introduced in detail. And quality meets design and code requirement.
