摘要
利用SEM、X-射线衍射仪、表面形貌仪等,研究了不同电镀条件下镀层在成型过程中与模具间的粘着。结果表明,镀层的粘着随锌层(00X)面(X=2,4)择优程度的增加而加剧;镀层表面粗糙度的降低、厚度的增大导致其粘锌行为的增强。
Abstract Stickingup behaviours of electroplated Zinc coating in different plating conditions on die have been studied. With the increasing of the coatings thickness and of the preferential Orientation of its (OOX) plane (X=2,4) and the declining of its surface roughness,the galling behaviours of zinc coating intends to be more severe.
