摘要
社会企业是将企业商业模式创新与社会创新紧密结合的组织类型和可持续性商业模式。管理大师德鲁克曾预言,这种组织有可能成为后资本主义时代发达经济体中真正的"增长部门"。在中国,社会企业处于刚刚起步阶段,社会各界对社会企业的研究还大多限于从社会学、公共管理学方向来研究。我们应该将社会企业与企业运作的商业模式结合起来,研究社会企业商业模式的创新过程与演进机理,以期更好地创建社会企业,给社会、企业、环境带来更大的价值。
Social enterprise is the type of organization and sustainable business model combining innovation on the business model of enterprise and society . Management Guru Peter Drucker has predicted that such organizations may become the real ＂growth sectors＂ of developed economies of the post-capitalist era. In China ,social enterprise is on the initial stage . The studies of community of society on social enterprise are mostly limited to the directions of sociology and public management . We should combine the social enterprise and the business model on the operation of enterprise , and study the innovative process and evolutionary mechanism on business model of social enterprise , in order to better create social enterprise and bring more values to the society , enterprises and environment .
