摘要
通过对过水帽底座的材料、结构工艺特点、质量要求分析,确定了合理的模具结构方案。分析了模具分型面、型腔数量及布置,采用侧向抽芯机构,加工组装模具后,进行了生产验证,符合设计要求,达到产品质量要求。
Analyse the material, character of structure and craft, quality of the filtration cap base, choose reasonable mould structural scheme, analyse the parting line, impression quantity and place in mold, design angle pin side. action machining and assembling mold, aider processing assembly mould, accord with design requirement ,attain product quality request.
