摘要 设计并实现了基于三维GIS技术的地震灾情场景模拟系统。根据现场救援工作的特点和需求,对基于基础地理信息数据的自动三维建模方法和场景生成技术进行了研究,建立了基于地震动影响场和结构易损性的地震灾情场景模型;基于ArcGISEngine开发组件,实现了灾前、灾后场景的自动生成和直观显示,实现了整体破坏情况分析、重点搜索区域判定、关键目标震害与属性查询等灾情分析和辅助决策功能。该系统以震区基础地理信息数据和地震基本参数作为数据源,可以在获得地震基本参数之后快速地估计和分析震区建筑结构的破坏及其空间分布情况,预判重点搜索救援区域,为应急指挥决策和救援行动提供有效的支持,适合在现场救援工作中实际应用。 An earthquake scenario simulation system is designed and developed based on 3-dimensional GIS techniques.According to the features and demands of earthquake rescue in sites,automatic modeling and scenario generation methods based on fundamental geographic data are investigated,and an earthquake scenario model is proposed considering both effect of local site conditions on earthquake ground motion and vulnerability of different buildings.Based on ArcGIS Engine,the system is built with auxiliary functions such as analysis on global seismic damage,prediction of major search and rescue areas and query for key objects in which the scenario of pre-earthquake and post-earthquake can be created automatically and demonstrated intuitively.Using the fundamental geographic data of earthquake areas and basic parameters of the earthquake as input data,the developed system can estimate and analyze the seismic damage of buildings and its spatial distribution in earthquake regions rapidly as soon as getting basic earthquake parameters,and forecast major search and rescue areas subsequently.The proposed system is suitable to use in earthquake search and rescue,which provides efficient support for earthquake emergency commanding.
