摘要
目的探讨卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的超声造影增强特点。方法采用造影剂SonoVue及低机械指数成像技术对17例卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转患者进行超声造影检查。结果完全性扭转的13例患者病灶始终无增强；部分性扭转的4例患者病灶表现为增强早期呈不均匀高增强，增强晚期呈低增强。结论卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的超声造影增强模式具有特征性，可为其诊断及鉴别诊断提供帮助。
Objective To investigate the contrast enhanced ultrasound（CEUS） features of ovarian tumor torsion（OTT）. Methods Seventeen cases with OTT were evaluated using CEUS. CEUS was performed with low mechanical index and the contrast agent of SonoVue. Results Thirteen cases with total torsion of ovarian tumor appeared as no enhancement. Four cases with partial torsion showed hyperechoic enhancement in the early phase and hypoechogenicity in the late phase. Conclusions The enhancement of OTT has characteristic,which would be helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of OTT.
