摘要
目的探讨环枢关节紊乱采用旋转复位法在临床应用上的价值。方法收集环枢关节紊乱186例(包括环枢关节半脱位),随机分为两组,治疗组采用旋转复位法为主治疗,对照组运用牵引治疗为主。结果治疗组93例,痊愈率74%有效率97.8%与牵引组进行疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论旋转复位法治疗环枢关节紊乱针对性强,安全系数高,无不良反应,治疗效果好。
Objective To explore the clinical value of central axial rotation reduction for joint disorders. Methods 186 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were treated with central axial rotation reduction, while the control group were traction therapy. Results The cured rate was 74% and the effective rate was 97.8%. Conclusion with the control group,there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is safe,effective of central axial rotation reduction for joint disorders.
