数字化三维塑形钛网修补颅骨缺损的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨采用数字化三维塑形钛网在修补颅骨缺损治疗中的临床价值。方法73例颅骨缺损患者使用数字化三维塑形技术修补32例(A组),传统手工塑形修补41例(B组)。比较2组手术、塑形时间,钛钉用量、术后并发症以及患者对术后外观的满意度。结果A组手术、塑形时间及钛钉用量均少于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组术后并发症少于B组,患者满意度高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化三维塑形钛网修补颅骨缺损明显优于传统手工塑形颅骨修补,能最大程度恢复缺损外形,缩短麻醉及手术时间,操作简便,术后并发症少,提高患者生活质量。 Objective To explore the clinic value of Ti frames by 3D shaping in neurosurgical skull defect treatments.Methods 73 patients suffered from skull defect within them 32 patients were treated with 3D shaping technique(group A),41 patients with traditional handwork shaping(group B).Compared with that of traditional handwork shaping in the following aspects:operational time,complications after operation and approving scale on shaping.Results The surgery time,shaping time and screws with the volume of group A were less than group B,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05);Group A of post-operative complications was less than group B,patient satisfaction was higher than group B,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Repairing skull with the technique of three-dimension shaping is more better than handwork shaping,shorten unaesthetic and operational time,and improve patients' living quality remarkably.
