摘要
长春市水利信息管理系统是以GIS为平台,从防汛抗旱工作的特点出发建立的长春市水利综合信息管理系统。系统将实现对属性数据和空间数据的有效管理,分析水利信息系统在防汛抗旱信息管理及指挥决策中的应用,为构建基于GIS技术平台的防汛抗旱信息管理及辅助指挥决策系统提供参考。
Changchun water information management system based on GIS as a platform from the characteristics of floods and droughts is established by the Changchun water comprehensive information management system.The system will achieve the attribute data and spatial data for the effective management,analysis water information system in the flood control and drought information management and command and decision-making applications based on GIS technology platform for building the flood control and drought information management and command and decision support system for reference.
